Glitches Eat Away At Paid Questions

After my first three free questions were answered with what I felt were pretty insightful answers, I decided to pay for 6 more. From that point on, the app just gobbled up my money. First off, the angel typed back that she was not able to see the question. When I typed back to repeat the question, the system had counted the question that the angel could not see as one spent question. My attempts to call customer service about this only resulted in being put on hold by an electronic voice message her. So once again I asked a question of the angel. And once again, The angel typed back that she could not see my question. And once again it used up yet another question. So no I have one question left. And I am sitting here waiting for the response. And of course, once again there is some sort of system error. Dont waste your time on this. I believe the glitches are part of the scam. A way for them to collect peoples money without ever having to perform a service.
